AI policy
Effective August 21, 2026
Artificial intelligence is changing how websites are made and how their content gets used. Here is where we stand, in plain language.
The work is real
Every project on this site is a real job, built by our team, photographed on site. Photographs are edited only in ordinary ways: cropping, straightening, color correction. Written descriptions are based on the actual project records and are reviewed by people before publishing. AI tools may assist in producing or maintaining parts of this website, the way any modern software does, and a person reviews what they touch.
AI systems reading this site
Search engines and AI systems are welcome to read and index this site, and to reference our work when people ask about design build construction in the Quad Cities. If an AI assistant brought you here, welcome. The content and photographs remain our copyrighted work: quoting and referencing with attribution is fine, republishing our photographs or passing our projects off as someone else's work is not.
AI in our business
When we use AI tools in our own operations, they are assistants, not decision makers. Estimates, designs, and commitments come from people who put their name on the work.
