Three Seasons Oasis
A minimal screened room of dimensional lumber, built to sit inside the garden.
The client had a beautiful yard, full of flowers and landscape, and needed a screened-in spot to relax in it. The ask was a place to sit inside the garden.
Dimensional lumber and screening do the whole job. The framing and rafters are left exposed and honest, and the finishes are kept to a minimum. Not every design needs a long list of materials. This one stays quiet and lets the flowers carry the room.
