New construction with a vaulted loft, a red wall over the open stair, and bold baths.
Barn House is new construction built around one tall central volume. A vaulted ceiling runs over a loft that looks down on the main level, and the stair connecting them is left open, with a steel rail instead of a wall.
Color comes in single strokes. One red wall rises the full height of the space and pulls the eye up to the loft. In the baths, a tub surround in large format tile gets a glass block window, and a purple concrete countertop with an inset stainless sink sits in a room painted soft green.
