Front Deck Delight

A porch roof pulling off the house, rebuilt on stone piers with a modern deck.

The existing front porch roof had been pulling away from the house and needed a complete overhaul.

Columns on stone piers now carry the new roof, and a dark deck and railing replace the old porch. A paver walkway and a matching stone mailbox pier tie the approach to the brick of the house. The structure got fixed and the design got better in the same pass.
