Living Features Bath
A laundry room and part of a spare bedroom, combined into a master bath.
The brief was to reuse, reduce, and upcycle as much as possible. Even the space was found rather than added: the existing laundry room and a slice of a spare bedroom were combined to make room for a master bathroom.
A live edge wood countertop tops the vanity, carried on a custom floating cabinet drawer, with a vessel sink and a lighted mirror above. Reworking a floor plan and building custom pieces for it are usually two contracts. Here they were one, which is how a laundry room became a master bath without the idea getting lost between hands.
